A Sweet Treat and a Brief Update

Ok So for those of you out there who love Italian cooking, this desert is for you! It is simple to make and they only take 8-10 minutes to bake! They are a great crown pleaser and so so cheap as well so make them for a party!
What you're going to need:
BATTER:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces ricotta cheese
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
FROSTING:
3 tablespoons butter, softened
2 cups confectioners' sugar (play with this amout untill it is a pastelike batter*after adding the milk!!!*)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablesp
